As intercultural trainers, our effectiveness hinges on our own depth of self-awareness and sensitivity. This interactive session delves into the importance of understanding and acknowledging the intersections of privilege, power, and other facets of identity.
By confronting our own biases and broadening our perspectives, we can enhance our training methodologies and create more meaningful and inclusive intercultural engagements.
Sietar NL is proud to present Annelie Wambeek and Nadine Binder as they take us through this journey of introspection.
