Ethics

Code of ethics

The code of ethics is a guideline for professional conduct in diversity, inclusion and intercultural education, training and research. Members endorse the code voluntarily.

  • Professionalism. To maintain and promote the individual professionalism of members.
  • Reconsideration. To reconsider existing ethical guidelines continuously and critically, and to encourage that discussion.
  • Self-reflection. To offer clear standards that serve as a framework for self-reflection.

The board is currently revising the code. The revised version, in Dutch and English, will follow here.

Only the strategy exists in English. The statutes, the internal regulations and the Voluntary Policy are in Dutch; that is marked per document.
